Nature Explorations during Summer

School Campus.

Summer at Waterford School is designed to enrich children’s lives, preparing them for success in school and beyond. Through engaging, experiential summer activities we ignite passion, shape character, and stimulate intellect.

Explore Summer at Waterford SchoolWaterford School has run interesting and engaging summer programs for almost 30 years, designed and run by Waterford's teachers. These week-long camp offerings have included sports camps, college essay writing seminar, science, robotics and coding, dance, world languages, and music, and also boasted unique and engaging themes, such as Harry Potter Magical Cooking, sewing, Shakespeare workshops and more. This summer, Waterford School will be utilizing these wonderful programs, our expansive and beautiful 41-acre campus at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, and our highly-skilled teachers to offer a summer camp that is both safe and challenging. We look forward to welcoming Waterford students, as well as children all along the Wasatch Front, to join us in harnessing the unique possibilities of summer.

This summer, campers will be able to choose from one of our highly specialized one-week camps or sign-up for the day camp, a full day experience in a rich and lively environment where the joys of childhood are central to the experience. Lead teachers take great care to provide developmentally-appropriate materials, projects and games for children so that all are challenged, actively involved, and gain confidence.

And the new Day Camp for rising Preschool through 5th grade students will be available for 10 unique weeks and feature a daily schedule that will include music, dance, STEM, art, field trips, and an extensive dose of nature exploration, all closely associated with a weekly theme.

We are delighted to open the Waterford campus this summer to young, curious campers from the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. Take a look at our Summer at Waterford School website and learn more. There is something amazing happening on campus every week of the summer.
