For planning and record-keeping purposes, Waterford School will record this intention; however, recognizes that this intention is not legally binding and is based on one or a series of wholly advisory, non-binding annual recommendations by the Donor the fund. The donor-advised fund shall not be bound by the Donor’s recommendation.
