Summer Term faculty trips offer the unique opportunity to visit exotic places guided by colleagues who are experienced Waterford trip leaders. Participants will strengthen connections with colleagues and, in casual and natural ways, explore issues that are relevant to teaching at Waterford.
Who Is Eligible?
Waterford employees and their spouses are eligible to participate in Summer Term faculty trips. If you have questions about eligibility, please contact Steve Manning (801.816.2236).

Tuition
The tuition for each trip is given in the trip descriptions below. Where indicated, tuition may depend on the number of participants who enroll. In general, the tuition covers all expenses except some meals (as noted) and incidentals like snacks, souvenirs, etc. Trip leaders make every effort to keep costs low.
Billing Information
When a sufficient number of participants have enrolled to guarantee that the trip will carry, you will be billed half the tuition as a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the tuition will be billed in March.

Peru
Trip leader: Nicki Biscupovich
Dates: June 22 - July 2, 2017
Approximate cost: $2200 - includes airline tickets, lodging and most travel expenses. Does not include cost of lunch, dinner and incidentals.
Nicki is a native Spanish speaker. He is an intrepid traveler with extensive experience leading trips to Europe, Central America and South America. Dates: June 21 - July 3, 2017
Approximate cost: $3100 - $3600 depending on number of participants. Tuition includes all expenses except food (adds an additional $350, approximately).
Aniko has personal experience and family roots that go deep in this beautiful part of the world. Seeing this region through her eyes will be a unique experience.
