Lark Bateman, class II teacher, graduated from Utah State University with a master’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in teaching reading. She started her teaching career at Thomas Edison Charter School in Logan, Utah where she taught for nine years in grades 1, 2, 5, and 6. For the past four years she has been teaching 1st grade at Northstar Elementary in Salt Lake City School District. She is passionate about helping her students discover their strengths and share their gifts with the people around them.
When Lark isn’t teaching she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, camping, and yoga.
