Jenny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker having received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah and her B.A. from New York University. Prior to Waterford, Jenny worked within the Park City School district for several years working with children and adolescents. She is specialized in crisis situations having worked as a Crisis Worker in the Emergency Department at the University of Utah Hospital. She also spent several years working in community mental health but throughout her varied experiences, she loves working with elementary aged children the most. Their energy, and enthusiasm about life and learning always keeps things interesting. She especially enjoys the ability to partner with families in ensuring they and their children have the support they need to be successful.
A native New Yorker, Jenny and her husband, Filip, made Utah their home in 2006. Thinking the move would only be for one year, they quickly realized life in the mountains was better than they could have imagined. Their love for the outdoors was sparked and they haven’t looked back. Utah is where both of her children were born. The family loves to spend time hiking, skiing, cycling and traveling. Jenny is fluent in Spanish and loves raising her children in a bicultural household.
