Becca Leaman

Kindergarten B.A. Connecticut College

Becca was born and raised in Salt Lake City. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from Connecticut College, and graduated with a teaching certification in elementary education. During her time at Connecticut College, Becca discovered the wonder and value of a liberal arts education.

After graduation, Becca had the opportunity to spend two years in an education fellowship (at the Institute for Southern Jewish Life) in Jackson, Mississippi. There she taught various communities across the South and worked on curriculum development. During her time developing curriculum, Becca found herself missing the excitement of the classroom and the pull of the mountains. Becca moved back to Utah and into the classroom. Becca loves being a part of the Waterford community to  spread the love of learning through a liberal arts education.
