As the Waterford Alumni Association grows and develops, its purpose remains the same: to further the interests of the school through tradition, community, and financial support.
As Council President, I am excited to be back on campus and excited for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our diverse and dedicated student body.
My first day at Waterford was an inflection point. When I arrived halfway through eighth grade, my classmates floored me. They were playing in string quartets and reading the Odyssey. They came prepared and spoke up in class. They knew Latin. I watched with growing interest as my classmates left for college. They’ve honed and shared their talents. They’ve taught and served others. They’ve started careers and foundations and families. Woven into each graduate’s trajectory are lessons learned and passions ignited while at Waterford.
Now, almost twenty years later, I’m still floored by the students who have passed through Waterford, and I’m grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to serve as President of the Waterford Alumni Association. Working in conjunction with the 2021-22 Alumni Council, we will continue to provide engaging alumni programs, explore new methods for reaching alumni, and serve our fellow alumni and friends.
Warmly,
Mike Judd ’00President, Waterford Alumni Association
