We continue to hear news of many recognition for our students and faculty in a broad range of fields. We have collected a number of them here, but please forgive us if we have overlooked any!

Faculty

Academic Dean Harmony Button recently had a poem accepted by the Adirondack Review.

Director of College Counseling Sari Rauscher placed second in the Alta Archery Ski Biathalon in March. She will serve as the Chair for the Rocky Mountain Association of College Admissions Counseling Utah College Fair this summer.

Assistant Director of College Counseling Judy Rasetti was selected to serve on the Presidential Scholars Selection Committee 2016.

Art faculty Jared Clark has work featured in “The Painted Veil,” running May 20 – July 8 at Rio Gallery. The Painted Veil features artworks by fifteen Utah-based artists and includes painting, photography, sculpture, video, and installation works. The exhibition aims to extend possible interpretations of the veil. Veils are rich in symbolism and are often thought of as pathways into other realms. They have the ability to obscure, separate, conceal, and disguise, while simultaneously drawing our attention and curiosity to what lies beyond.
