Faculty are the heart and soul of the Waterford experience. There is no better illustration than the multi-talented Kathy Morris, serving Waterford for 24 years as the Orchestra Director. Like all of our gifted faculty, Kathy has broad and deep experience in her discipline, having graduated from Juilliard with a BA in Music Performance with violin and and performing with the L'Orchestre de Chambre D'Alsace (France) before joining Waterford. Her infectious enthusiasm and effusively positive personality inspires unparalleled confidence. She often encourages her students, "If you're going to make a mistake, make it big!"
