Men's Soccer: State Champions 2009-10
Congratulations to our State Champion Men’s Soccer team! Waterford beat undefeated Grand HS 2-1 at Rio Tinto Stadium to take home the 2A state title. The victory was especially meaningful as the Ravens bid a fond farewell to Bob Capener, who has set the standard for Waterford coaches during his twenty-eight years of coaching soccer. He coached the Ravens to State Championships in 1986, 1987, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2003, 2007, and now 2010. You can read the Deseret News article here.
